CYCG Bokashi Buckets shined at GreenFest! |
Collaborated with Girl Scout, CYCG proudly participated in Howard County 17th Annual GreenFest as the only student vendor at Howard Community College on April 13, 2024. 150 handmade DIY indoor Bokashi buckets were distributed to community members with instruction brochures and starting kits. CYCG President, Amanda Wang, who is also a proud Girl Scout, hosted a very informative workshop to educate the public about the environmental sustainability and indoor composting. The event went very successfully. The County Executive Dr. Calvin Ball, HCPSS BOE Chair Ms. Jen Mallo, HCPSS teacher Ms. Nichols visited the booth and praised students for their impactful initiative!
CYCG is a proud vendor @Table #6!
